Thanks to O School, I've got the chance to attend Asia's annual most awaited hip hop dance convention - The Big Groove 2011!
The theme this year was 'Year of the Heros'.

The second half of the concert started with the Hero Awards by Panasonic.

This award is to honor everyday people who have gone out their way to help others and their community.
Congratulations to Stephanie Phua for winning the award! *pats on her back*
She was the one who came up with the 'Dance for Japan' concert to help raise funds for the needy in Japan!

They were brightly coloured, their storyline was interesting and everything was just choreographed really well! They were the closing act of the concert.

I loved the part most when the 'Sin Lao Pei' (Fairy Godfather) appeared! It was hilarious and made my day! Enjoyed their performance tremendously!

It was an unforgettable night. They made me want to dance again. But this time, it's hip hop dance.
It was really nice to see dancers from all over the world come together. I had a whirl of a time! Can't wait for next year's! :)
