Finally got time to type down this blog post! Phew! *Wipes off sweat on forehead*

Anyway, if you haven't read my blog post on the AFA Media Preview, click here.
This post will be on the festival itself! I'm sure anime lovers enjoyed themselves tremendously, because there were so many eye candy cosplayers around.

As for me... The moment I stepped into the convention hall, I laughed so hard. Why? BECAUSE I SAW THIS:

TROLL FACE. TROLOLOLOL EPICNESS (Y)

But of course, that was just one of the many highlights for me. Pictures speak a thousand words, so here are the pictures you guys *may be dying* to see! Let's go! ヽ(*≧ω≦)ノ

Photobucket
There were many foreign cosplayer. I'm guessing that this guy's Indonesian; I met a lot of Indonesian and Japanese cosplayers! I suppose it's because of the wildly anticipated Regional Cosplay Championship.

Photobucket
I love the pink hair! (。'▽'。)♡

Photobucket
I felt that the stores at the festival ground this year was much more spread out than previous years, and there were ample space to walk about. However, due to the many people and confusing queues, it tend to be a little unorganized at times.

Photobucket
There was this really huge Gundam Unicorn figurine at the entrance. There was an exclusive screening of the Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn: Episode 4 going on at the AFA, did you join in the fun?

Photobucket

Photobucket
This is the AFA shop for this year. I felt that the items were rather mehhhhh~ (*´ο`*)

Photobucket
I saw a lot of toy retailers and companies there, selling really cute merchandises and figurines! But then again, it was really little as compared to previous years (; ̄Д ̄)

Photobucket
Are you thinking what I'm thinking? Yes, it's MR & MRS SIMPSON MINI VERSION! SO CUTE RIGHT! RIGHT!? ヽ(*≧ω≦)ノ

Photobucket
ψ(`∇´)ψ "MUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAA~~~"

Photobucket
Well hello, Mr Hulk Mini. Ohohohoh, and I bought my Rilakkuma blanket just in time for AFA! Kawaii desu~ o((*^▽^*))o

Photobucket
Star Wars figurines never fail to impress me. *raises one eyebrow up*

Photobucket
(∩_∩)

Photobucket
The caption for this picture is definitely: SEX SELLS

Photobucket
As expected, big boobs were spotted everywhere at the convention centre. On the figurines, I mean. O_O

Photobucket
"I'm sexy and I know it"

Photobucket
There were huge ass poster boards in which my jaw dropped in awe. How do people even draw anime so well!? I can't even draw simple things to save my life!

Photobucket
At times when it was very crowded, I felt like buying a sword & wave it at people, shouting "DON'T FORCE ME! MOVE IT, MOVE!" ヽ(#`Д´)ノ

Photobucket
As drawn by our favourite Japanese pop culture blogger, Danny Choo!

Photobucket
They look pretty, don't they? But cosplaying ain't easy! (≧0≦)

Photobucket
Despite all the Japanese stuff, there was a booth by sponsor Nescafe. Free coffee, anyone?

Photobucket
That awkward moment when you see Hatsune Miku drink coffee.

Photobucket
These Indonesians were taking a break, and were really nice to put on their costumes for a photo! Thank you very much! \(*T▽T*)/

Photobucket
Anyone knows what this is? @.@

Photobucket
And there you have it; the much anticipated Moe Moe Kyun Maid Cafe and Atelier Royale Butler Cafe! Unfortunately, no photography was allowed inside... OTL

Photobucket
Check out the loooooooooooong queue! I seriously think that these people probably waited for hours to get in. O_O

Photobucket
There were many sexy cosplayers around, which again explains how SEX SELLS.

Photobucket
There were booths selling mini merchandises.

Rilakkuma family reunion! ☆*:.。. o(≧▽≦)o .。.:*☆

Photobucket
Took a photo at one of the Canon Experience Zone booth. Picture credits to Christina. She wore her Gloomy Bear blanket!

Photobucket
Woah, this costume is full of win! (Y)

Photobucket
Kawaii! ヽ(*≧ω≦)ノ

Photobucket
Awwwwwww!!! *pinch cheeks*

Photobucket
Now, for the cool! (。・`ω´・。)

Photobucket
Are these nendoroids freaking kawaii max or what!?!?!? ヾ(@゜∇゜@)ノ

Photobucket
More cosplayers.....

Photobucket
Overall, I enjoyed myself at the AFA'11. I have to admit though, that this year was not as fantastic as previous years, but it was good enough.
It was really nice to see so many cosplayers taking the effort to dress up for this event. I've got friends who cosplayed for this event, so I roughly know how much hard work has to be put in for the final presentation.

And that marks the end of this post! Thank you AsiaPRWerkz for the Media Pass (I am eternally grateful *shed tears of joy*). Can't wait for next year's! ヾ(@^∇^@)ノ
